2. Next are the macronutrients, about 1.9%. These include Na, K, Ca, P, S, Cl, Fe, Mg. They are part of the cytoplasm in the form of ions and molecules.
3. From 0.01% to 0.1% – trace elements that are included in only one specific substance. These are, for example, iodine and fluorine.
4. Ultramicroelements less than 0.01%.
